In Antwerp, collaborative efforts between prosthetic experts and game designers have led to the creation of modified versions of classic games that are inclusive and enjoyable for all children. Whether it's a game of tag, a puzzle-solving adventure, or a team sports competition, children with arm prosthetics are actively involved and empowered to participate on an equal footing with their peers. Moreover, the positive impact of this initiative goes beyond the realm of play, influencing societal perceptions and attitudes towards disability. By showcasing the abilities and potential of children with limb differences, this project challenges stereotypes and promotes a culture of acceptance and diversity. Through awareness-raising campaigns, community events, and educational outreach, Antwerp is paving the way for a more inclusive and equitable society where every child is valued and celebrated for their unique strengths.
